It depends which country you are referring to ... What we in the UK call 'public schools' are what the Americans call 'private schools'. And vice versa. So, what might be a 'Pro' in one country, might be a 'Con' in another. My guess is that the forces are equal and opposite so that they will offset each other if a global view is taken. Would you agree? |

Sorry, I don't know anything about the American system. However, in the UK, our Public Schools have names such as Eton, Stowe, Harrow, etc. And they are very expensive! |
