Turn the computer on and press the f8 key while it is booting you'll
see a menu choose Safe Mode.In the Control Panel click system then
device manager.Click on either display adapter or monitor(whichever
you installed the new driver for)and click remove driver, then restart.

cencerro-ga:

If you mean that, after turning on the computer, you do not see a
picture and your Drive A: is constantly spinning with the light on,
then your computer's BIOS (the basic input/output system that controls
the basic functions of your PC) is having a problem. You may be able
to rectify this problem by unplugging the monitor and connecting a
different one, to see why the PC is not able to boot. Can I safely
presume that you have already removed any disk from Drive A:, if there
is a disk in there?

There is a good possibility that your computer's BIOS has been
damaged, meaning that the computer will no longer boot. At this point,
the best advice for you to follow would be to bring the computer to a
computer repair shop so that a properly trained person can look at it
in person; this sort of problem cannot be easily solved through an
online forum.

cencerro-ga:

Given your lack of experience with this type of problem, there just
are not any good things to suggest you try, other than to have a
qualified person take a look at the problem. Anything else will very
likely lead to the permanent failure of your PC. Please, bring it to a
technician. There is always the chance that this is all caused by
something that is easily repaired, but there is no way to determine
this and advise you accordingly through a text conversation such as
this.

Bring it to a technician.

Perhaps an addon card is misbehaving (probably the graphics card) or
the ram has become unseated somehow.

Try the following.

I suggest taking the cover off the PC, and removing all cards from the
workstation (if any), removing the RAM. Leave the computer plugged in
(but powered off. Place the removed components on the chassis of the
computer if possible, or on a piece of newspaper (I presume you wont
have static mats / bags). Then re-insert the memory, then the cards
one by one - Starting with the graphics card if applicable. Try to
power the machine on after inserting each card.

OR

Maybe your CPU has died ? When you power on the machine does the CPU fan spin ?

Hope this helps.
