My knowledge of the PA side is very outdated, and I can't speak at all of the Jersey leg, but there are two potential routes, depending on where you cross the Delaware River. If you cross at Phillipsburg or Easton, then 611 takes you almost directly to Rydal. However, the upper portion of 611 (above north Bucks County) might not be suitable for biking. You should check with the PA State Police for road conditions. If you go farther south to Trenton and cross to Morrisville, you can take Lincoln Highway to 213 (Maple), 213 through Langhorne to 532 (Buck Road), and then 532 (Philmont Avenue-Old Welsh Road) to 611. Again, this is all outdated, and you should check before deciding. Check MapQuest or Yahoo Maps. hlabadie-ga |
