what should one know about email privacy?how can I develop a power
point presentation on yhe subject?

Can you clarify whether the presentation is for an audience that is
already familiar with computers? Is this for a business setting, or a
public education setting?

Generally, unless you encrypt your e-mail, you cannot expect it to be
private. In practice, given the volume of e-mail that is transmitted
on a daily basis, you have a very low level of risk that your e-mail
will be read by an unintended party.
