The web-site group www.netdoctor.com is set up in more than a handful
of European countries, e.g. as www.netdoctor.co.uk , www.netdoktor.de,
www.netdoktor.se etc. in  different languages. Several of the sites
seem to offer services free of charge.

I find it a fascinating web-site service.  The structure is logic
because you are encouraged to look at some topic texts and some already
posted questions and answers before you ask a question.

Could you please guide me to some other dynamic web-sites of this kind
with Q&A service.  No matter the sector - be it auto-repair or legal
advise or sports or music or banking or travel or tax-advise or other
business.....  They have to be genuine inter-active web-sites with
answers from a panel of some kind and not just non-dynamic FAQs which
have answers to standard questions like:
When was your organization established ?

Web-sites in French, Spanish and German are also of interest.
