I am trying to find the names of the two people who fit the descriptions below:

1. Wealthy Middle eastern socialite (now divorced) known for having
fabulous jewelry (especially diamonds).  First name may be 'Mona'. 
Has appeared often in 'Vanity Fair' over the past several years.

2. Fellow who impersonated a prince and had his story told in an
independent film that receive positive critical notice within the past
few years).  The film may have appeared at Sundance.
