what county/parrish of what state does the IP address of 68.63.236.152 originate

Using Arin Whois
   - http://www.arin.net/whois/index.html

It shows it's Comcast in Hattiesburg, Laurel, PA. But doesn't show the
county or parrish.

Howdy geezer-ga,

It is totally understandable why Serenata-ga was thinking the IP address of
68.63.236.152 is located in Pennsylvania, as the name servers for that IP are
in Pennsylvania, as well as there being Pennsylvania cities named Hattiesburg
and Laurel.

However, the IP of 68.63.236.152 is actually in MIssissippi, as shown by a
traceroute of that IP courtesy of the Opus One Traceroute Tool.  The tell
is the portion that shows "...hatisb01.ms.comcast..." wherein the "ms" is
the state abbreviation.  I also did searches on "hatisb01.ms.comcast.net"
which returned several references to Mississippi.

If you do a Whois, as Serenata-ga rightly suggests, it shows that indeed it
is within an area of the cities of Hattiesburg and Laurel.

According to this US Library of Congress web page, Hattiesburg is in Forest
County and Laurel is in the adjoining Jones County, both in Mississippi.
