I've tried this before posting my question and unfortunately it does
not work. For example, when I try to save it on my hard drive, it
will not allow me to actually save it. I can print it, but I want to
save it electronically.

I hope you can find a solution, otherwise, my question has not been answered.

Thank you!

Dear gordonc,

This is extremely strange. I successfully managed to save the file on
my hard disk and I can open it at will.

Have you already tried the following:
- RIGHT-click the link once, so you get a context menu
- choose "Save target as" from that menu
- Save the file on your hard disk

Please let me know if this works for you!

I was able to save a copy of the document to my hard drive by doing a
"right click/save as."

Howdy gordonc-ga,

If you use Internet Explorer, do a "right click" on the link provided by
scriptor-ga and then select "Save Target As..." from that menu. A "File
Download" menu should appear, and you should be able to save the file on
your hard drive.

If you use Mozilla you can do a "right click" and select "Save Link Target
As..." for the same results.

If you have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader (Adobe® Reader® 6.0) it has a
"Save a Copy" button in the upper left hand menu. If you need to get that
version, you can download it free from the Adobe website.

Hope this adds to scriptor-ga's excellent work.
