Howdy willis11-ga,

I have located the address and phone numbers (voice and fax)
for the Terra Rossa company in Corsica that makes olive oil,
but no email address, web site, etc.

Will this suffice as an Answer for you? Thanks!

Howdy Willis,

The "Destination - Southern Corsica" web site contains the
information you are seeking.
http://www.destination-sudcorse.com

"Le Pôle Touristique du Sud Corse, qui regroupe 17 communes,
s'est engagé dans une mission d'organisation d'un tourisme
complémentaire mer-montagne."

The above page is in French, but Google has a translation
process that can show you the page in passable English.
http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=fr&u=http://www.destination-sudcorse.com/

"The Tourist Pole of the Corsica South, which gathers 17
communes, engaged in a mission of organization of
complementary tourism sea-mountain."

In order to look at the original of this next document, you
will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have it,
you can download it free from the Adobe website.

The "Destination - Southern Corsica" site mentioned above
has a brochure in PDF format that has the address, etc. for
the Corsica based Terra Rossa company. It is in English and
French. Terra Rossa is Italian for "red earth" and the
company name is no doubt derived from the color of the dirt
in southern Corsica.
http://www.destination-sudcorse.com/brochure/artis_as.pdf

"The geographical diversity which is at the heart of Corsica's
beauty and wealth has endowed the island with natural products
of rare quality: aromatic herbs, game, fish and sea food, fruits
and chestnuts, olive oil, cheeses, wines, honey, cured meats, etc."

Huiles d?olives [olive oil]

The France based Wanadoo web site has a "menu" page that shows
the same address, etc. for Terra Rossa.
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/portovecchio/saveurs.htm

"What would be the Corsica Kitchen without olive oil?

Symbol of peace and fruitfulness, the olive-tree is cultivated in
Corsican since highest antiquity.

Oil produced there is extremely famous."

Dear colleagues,

Just to your information: The island of Corsica actually belongs to
France, not to Italy. This may prove useful for your research.
