Hi kathysu,

I would like to inform you of my progress so far.
Since this address is not listed in any online directory, this is
taking longer than expected. However, I am almost certain I have
located the name of the owner, name of the business, and contact
numbers. But, I am waiting for verification from some inquiries I sent
out. I will let you know as soon as I hear anything.

Are there any details you can provide regarding this business? For
example, type of business, where you came across them, etc. This
information may be the verification I need.

Regards,
Rainbow~

Hi kathysu,

After email exchanges with other businesses at 2646 Palma Drive, I was
able to obtain the name and contact information of the owner of the
property at the above mentioned address. Would you be interested in
his contact information? You may have more success calling him than I
would have emailing him. (I live overseas and am not able to place the
call myself).

Regards,
Rainbow~

I have no idea what type of business this may be. I have paid for two
reverse searches and one said it was a car dealer and the latest said
the address was 2646 Palma. I received a phone call from (805)
676-1528 on my cell. It was supposed to come from a satelite phone in
Belize. Previous, any satelite call from Belize came from area code
254. My cell phone lists this number though. At first, the phone rang
once then disconnected. Now it will ring a couple of times but noone
answers. I don't know is this is a relay number for satelite calls, a
business in Ventura, CA or a private residence. Thanks Karen

Oops, I forgot to say that the second reverse phone search said this
busines name was Urall Pacific Inc but I can find absolutely no
information about this company at all. Maybe this isn't even the right
company. Karen

Hi there,

I can tell you that the 805-676 number is not a satelite phone. This
NPA/NXX (first 6 digits of the phone number) is owned by Pacific Bell
an RBOC (Regional Bell Operating Company)and is based out of Ventura,
CA. (Basically, it's a landline phone number in Ventura, CA that
Pacific Bell would be the one collecting money for this phone
service).

I think I found the site where you may have asked about this number (I
searched Google for 805-676-1528 to return the following:
http://www.sorabji.com/strangle/messages/66/2153.html?FridayMarch1220040342pm
)

I tried calling it and it rang once, then disconnected... I think it
is possible that this could be a payphone. I called SBC at
1-800-310-2355 to ask if this may be a payphone or if it is an active
number. I spoke with a representative at SBC (Paul) he states it's
not a payphone and it is an active line that should be able to place
and receive calls.

I have also tried to call this number at all hours of the night and it
rings once then disconnects. I have actually paid for two reverse
phone searches and both companies came up with Urall Pacific, Inc. I
have not been able to find out anything about them on the internet or
in Ventura. I received a phone call from the 805 number on my cell
phone. I am totally baffled by this. Thanks for finding out that it is
not a satelite phone. That blows the story that I was told when I
questioned why I would receive a phone call from California from a
person who was supposed to be in South America and could only call
from the satelite phone. Guess that story wasn't exactly true.
