This is a two-part questions:

1. I would like to know who the major market players are in the small
business web hosting service industry and their market shares.  I am
only interested in data from rather small to medium size companies
that provide these services with co-located servers, rather than
giants such as AT&T who have their own multi-million dollar data
centers.  If available, I would also like to see the financial
statements of at least one such market player -- I am particularly
interested in analyzing their profits.

2. I would like to find out the average customer acquisition cost in
the small business web hosting service industry.
