co-location and leased server hosting services.

2. Provide recent salary surveys of sales and technical support
personnel in the U.S. and other countries where such jobs are usually
outsourced to.

3. List and explain any legal or other issues currently faced by web
hosting companies.

4. Provide links to web sites and/or other resources where such issues
are discussed.

I doubt that anyone will want to answer four rather complex questions
for $3.37 (the Researcher's share of the fee you're offering). You are
more likely to receive answers if you raise your fee considerably,
and/or post this as four separate questions.
