You can search the database here to see whether or not a personalized
plate is available in Arizona:

1 Princess has too many characters. A maximum of 7 characters is
allowed. If the search comes back saying "No matches found," that
means the message or name is not already taken. The plate data was
updated yesterday, so it should be quite current.
