I would say a general comparison of a specific peice of technology
compared to at least one other country.  Example would be cell phone
users in the US and in Japan.  Healthcare in US compared to Sweden. 
Computers in homes compared to a couple of middle eastern counrties.  
A small comparison of how we have gone from phones to cell phones to
email in a short time compared to a couple of countries in Africa that
don't even have running water.  I know this is still a little vague,
but I will try to get more specific soon.  I have to go now.  Thanks.
