where is Soorsiblues?

Are you positive about the spelling?  Could you be misreading any of the letters?

Alternatively, could it be from Switzerland?  There is a town called
Soorsi (also known as 'Sursee') in Switzerland.

The spelling of 'Soorsiblues' is as shown.

The entire sign has a black background with yellow letters with red
shadow. It features a representation of a salmon in the middle. The
letters read (from top to bottom)
The Salmon Shop
Any kind of Fishing
Fresh Water Salt Water
Soorsiblues Leading Fishing tackle Shop.
