According to www.ormindoro.gov.ph/geninfo_governors.htm Rudolp E. Walters was Governor in 1912-1913. However, this page is currently not available. Walters' predecessor was Louis J. Van Schaick (1908-1912). According to http://www.geocities.com/kabitenyo1/kabite5d-2.htm there is some information concerning Van Schaick in Franz Wissblatt, Who?s Who in the Philippines, Manila, 1940. "Who?s Who in the Philippines" may also have some information on Walters. |
