I want to find historical graphs or data for the following:
Real Estate prices in California
Mortgage interest rates
Unemployment
Recessions
Consumer confidence

I want to find data from 1950 to present.

The Conference Board only started producing the "Consumer Confidence
Index" in 1967.  As far as I know, it's a single national measure and
is not broken down by state or region:
