Hi pamc!

Repossession Services: This U.S. industry comprises establishments
primarily engaged in repossessing tangible assets (e.g., automobiles,
boats, equipment, planes, furniture, appliances) for the creditor as a
result of delinquent debts.

I found the number of Repossession Services in the U.S. for 1998 to 2001.
These figures include only establishments with payroll.

Would this information be of your interest?

Thanks,
Bobbie7

We are mostly interested in the auto repossession business and to a
lesser extent businesses that reposses boats and planes. We do not
want it to include fixed objects (ie. furniture, appliances etc.). I
am not sure what you mean by "Repossession Services". We want the
number of current (2003-4) businesses in the US that repossess autos
(and possibly planes and boats). It is also importaint that there is
a reputable source for these figures that we can site.

I hope that this answers your question.

Thank you,
pamc
