I met a guy who owns a web site for news and trades for
the scrap metals in China and U.S. He is based in Chicago
south west suburb near Lisle, IL. I had been to the site,
but lost his business card and no any contact information.

I vaguely remember the web site name has: scrap, metal, china,
in it, but can't find it from any search. I need your help
in finding this web site. Please let me know if you need more 
info. The website has a button which can be clicked to switch
between English and Chinese. It has news, stocks and trade info
on the site.
