Lean manufacturing is a discipline that has been applied for many
years, but leans principles are now moving from the manufacturing area
into the offices. We need to train a large workforce on how to apply
lean concepts in the office. I am interested in finding existing,
prepared training programs that we can use to teach our employees
about this discipline.

A good answer will provide links to suppliers of training materials
focused on preparing employees to implement lean systems in the
office. I am not interested in just books on the subject and am not
interested in lean manufacturing training materials. I am interested
in a training program or training materials.

I have found some training programs that fits your requirements.
However it seems that you and your group have to go to the particular
training center or school to join the program. Will this be ok with

Ah, I should have been clearer on that. 

No, we have 12,000 employees at locations around the world. Sending
them somewhere isn't practical. We need to purchase a program that we
can distribute for local consumption.

Are you looking for any software training in particular, such as Microsoft Office?

We are not looking for software training of any kind. We are looking
for packaged training programs on the discpline of Lean Manufacturing
/ Lean Production for the office environment. If it happens to be
available via elearning (web or CD-based), that would be okay.
