Who can legally perform cerumen removal on adults and children in Georgia?

FYI: Cerumen is just ear wax. Any licensed doctor can remove it, but
typically this is the domain of general practitioners, family doctors
or Otolaryngologists (ENTs). The procedure is quite simple. You hold a
small dish under the ear while the doctor irrigates the external ear
canal with warm water. The cerumen flows out in little chunks.
Sometimes a ear wax softener is added to the water to help with the
removal process. It doesn't hurt a bit and the whole procedure is over
