WHERE CAN I FIND THE MOST CLEAN WATER WITH NO POLUTION?

Request for Question Clarification by aht-ga on 26 Mar 2004 12:54 PST
Are you looking for a retail source of purified water? If so, where in
the world are you located?

Otherwise, if you are looking for information regarding how it may be
possible to obtain pure water, then with current technology it is
possible to manufacture pure H2O (by combining hydrogen and oxygen).
This manufactured water, if made in a sterile environment, will be the
closest thing to pure water available on this planet.

Can you therefore clarify your question?

Thanks,

Dear nathaly-ga;

Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting question.

Lake Vostok in Antarctica is believed to contain the purest water on earth:

?American scientists studying a hidden Antarctic lake say they can
sample waters believed to be the world's purest?Lake Vostok in
Antarctica has spent 15 million years under four kilometres (13,000
feet) of ice?Its waters have been sealed from light and air for up to
35 million years under the huge pressure of the continental ice
sheet? It doesn't know anything of human beings, fossil fuels, or
plastics.?

My guess would be that the cleanest water on earth is probably in
Antarctica. The water there is in solid form, but it is a long
distance from any major sources of pollution.
