Question ID: 321035
I'm trying to export a discussion forum from the old hosts
Everyone.net to a new forum I'm hosting myself using the PHPBB2
software.

The PHPBB2 board installed easily and well - now it just needs the old
content added into it.

The contents of the old forum have been exported as an .xml document
which can be downloaded from
http://www.thenuclearfamily.co.uk/everyonearchive.zip - but I have no
clue about how to import the .xml into PHPBB2.
Answer
There is no answer at this time.

horseradish-ga:

I noticed that you have posted a similar request on the phpBB
community forum. If there is an answer to be found, it will be found
there, since that is where all of the phpBB development gurus hang
out. Another user has posted a request there asking for info about
phpBB's import requirements, so that they can write their own XML
importer. You may wish to keep tabs on that:

Incidentally, alfonsolararamos-ga, you may wish to review the
