martins654-ga:

This is an extremely broad question that you have asked: IBM provides
an extremely extensive range of products and services, from microchips
to PCs to business consulting. Similarly, Dell will sell you anything
from a PC to a printer to the design and implementation of a data
center.

Can you perhaps be a bit more specific about what you would consider
comprehensive, and also what exact products and services you require
that the manufacturers/vendors provide?

Thanks,

aht-ga
