Howdy tomdavid-ga,

Are you talking about the worth of the certificates in terms
of a business promotion or in other terms? Thanks!

I am being made an offer to accept these certificates in stead of cash
for some promotional merchandise of mine. My merchandise is worth
$200.

This is my personal viewpoint:

Hotel and travel vouchers are so often associated with scams that I
generally assume them to be without value unless there is strong
evidence otherwise. There are almost always "strings attached," and
sometimes the strings render the vacation package worthless.

A friend of mine received a "free" certificate that entitled her to
three days in what was described as "a luxury hotel in Miami Beach."
Once she got there, she discovered that the "hotel" was nowhere near
the beach; it was a filthy, run-down rooming house which was largely
populated by prostitutes and dope dealers. The proprietor offered to
"upgrade" her voucher so that she could stay in a decent hotel (same
ownership), but the catch was that the upgrade would cost an extra
$150 per night. My friend, sadder and wiser, walked out in disgust,
and found another place to stay.

what pinkfreud's friend situation turned out is heresay, while
following links to YOUR previously asked questions shows a unique
picture.

Now all your products at your ebay store may be "top of the line",
what this person saw was products on the "over-priced" side of the
fence. Like I said, I could be just misinformed.

The efreetravel.com site had a questions and answers page, they are at
the mercy of travel agencies that rate the local hotels that they use.
These travel agencies only recommend 3 star or better hotels. I have
stayed in some motels that could be rated with a skunk meter, but I
can imagine a 3 star hotel is pretty clean, couldn't you?

Just my 2 cents.
