Dear Clayton,
The State Department issues official information, on the countries
that require US citizens to have some sort of visa when visiting:
FOREIGN ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
<http://travel.state.gov/foreignentryreqs.html>
This is the official list, so even if this is not the site you meant,
it is the most accurate one.
If you are interested in visas for foreign nationals interested in
visiting the U.S., and want to know which nationals of which countries
need visa in order to enter, and in which cases, it is better that
you'll visit Destination United States site, or the local American
consulate in a certain country:
<http://unitedstatesvisas.gov/index.html>
I hope this answered your question.
I searched the web for governmental sites (site:gov) that have the
keywords "state department" "visa" or "travelling abroad".
Please contact me if you need any further clarification on this answer
before you rate it.
