needs one) for every country...i know one has to exist!

that require US citizens to have some sort of visa when visiting:

This is the official list, so even if this is not the site you meant,
it is the most accurate one.

If you are interested in visas for foreign nationals interested in
visiting the U.S., and want to know which nationals of which countries
need visa in order to enter, and in which cases, it is better that
you'll visit Destination United States site, or the local American
consulate in a certain country:
