Given the 1995 date of these submissions, it is unlikely they would be
available on the internet, even if similar materials of a more recent
vintage are being made web-accessible by HUD.

Your best bet here would probably be to file a Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA)request for the documents through HUD.

The intent of FOIA is to make materials in government files --
including drawings like these -- accessible and available to the
public.

There is no guarantee that a FOIA request will get you the drawings
you are seeking, but if HUD still has them, and can find them, and
decides that they can be released to the public, then they're yours.

If you'd like, I can answer your question by providing information
about the steps to take to make a FOIA request to HUD for the
documents. Let me know if this would be a suitable response to your
question.
