(The One Minute Manager) and Jim Collins (From Good to Great).

You may want to consider breaking this down into three separate
questions. As it stands, a Researcher who might be able to find two of
the agents you're looking for, but unable to find the third, would be
unable to post an answer.

A multi-part question will usually get better service if it is
subdivided. This enables more than one Researcher to work
simultaneously to provide your information.
