Previously, I said I needed a 1650 CD, but I was mistaken.
I need this as soon as possible, I don't care if it's new or used - 
the original one was lost.

Have you tried asking Compaq?  Many OEM's are permitted to send
customers a replacement restore CD if the original has been lost.  It
is problematic, from a Microsoft licensing standpoint, for someone
other than the OEM who first shipped you the restore CD to send you
one because from MS's perspective, you might just be some guy looking
for a free OS and if someone sends you a restore CD you get one,
royalty free.  That's why MS puts licensing restrictions in the EULA
that forbids this kind of CD sharing . . .
