I am attempting to get my books
onto Walmart.com.  Walmart.com (which is a seperate operation from
Walmart Stores) requires you to submit your request (to become a
website supplier) through their website, which I have done repeatedly,
with no response. I've also tried calling the Walmart.com corporate
phone number, but the receptionist says I must contact them online. 
Ironically, we are already a supplier to their store chain.  Anyway,
if anyone can find out the name of a Walmart.com staffer,,,most
preferably a "Buyer" or a "Website Merchandiser" it would be very
helpful.  You dont even have to find an email address,,,I have
Walmart.com's corporate address,,,I could mail a packet, but I need
SOMEONE's name to send it to.

I can give you the names of two people  --  a buyer and a category
manager for electronics -- who were employed in those positions at
Walmart.com in September 2003. If that would give you sufficient
information for you to follow up on, let me know and I will post it as
an answer.

I can also give you the name of the current CEO, as well as the names
of a web designer a chief technology officer who were employed as of
recent dates at the company, if these would be of any use to you.

Although I appreciate that offer, Im prefering a buyer, category
manager, or merchandiser in the books (or an area related to books)
area.  If I dont find any other leads, I might come back to this
offer, but its not what I am looking for.  Thanks for your work. :-)
