I'm not sure if you typed it with the www in front of the address
(www.iii.co.uk) but sometimes I find that some Web Browsers won't
automatically find the site unless you type the address in it's
entirety. It worked for me on Internet Explorer.

You could try using www.megaproxy.com/ to get to your site.

It's like a stepping stone.

It could be that your home isp does not have the ip address of iii.com
in it's list of accessible sites, doesn not have it's pages cached on
their server, might not have iii.com as a name on it's dns server.
