When I lived in Philladelphia in the early 90's, I was given a tape by
a band called "Aqua Travesty". I believe the title was "One Fish, Two
Fish" or something similar. The style was electronic pop, consistent
with one guy and a keyboard.

I would like a pointer to where I can purchase/obtain a copy of the
album. Digital format is preferred (CD/MP3/OGG), but I'll accept
directions to where to find a good quality tape.

Are you sure of the name...? Especially, the spelling (lots of bands
like to use -- shall we say -- unusual spelling variations).

Anything else you remember might be a help in tracking them down.

I'm 99% certain about the name as spelled, less positive about the
album title. (Though I'm pretty sure that it was a play on the Dr.
Seuss book.)

- The tape likely came from a local college radio station.
- It had what appeared to be semi-pro production values. (sound
quality good, tape was typical white with black lettering, insert was
definitely a few steps up from printed on an inkjet.)
- I don't remember seeing a "big label" name on it, so it may have
been a vanity pressing.
- Lyrics for the only song I have left in my memory "listen
carefully/I don't know you/you don't know me/but don't worry/it'll all
be over soon", and "I'm trying to figure out/just what this love is
all about"
- As for genre, it felt like a Nik Kershaw/Depeche Mode/Magnetic
Fields collaboration or something like that.

(And how I'm supposed to be trusted in the correctness of my spelling
when I typoed Philadelphia is anyone's guess.)
