Synopsys acquired Accellerant in February, 2004.  How much did they
pay for it?  I need a source, like a url of a trade publication or an
Edgar filing.

It's not in the SEC filings yet.
It could be in  the analysts' presentations since the acquisition on
Feb. 20.  Accounting/earnings data doesn't have enough detail yet.
