I am using Logic Platinum 6.3 for Apple OS X. This question concerns
setting up specific outputs in the Logic Environment. I am outputting
16 outs (8 stereo outs) labeled OUT 1-2, OUT 3-4, etc. I want to send
a mono signal into ONE mono output. In other words I want to send a
mono channel into OUTPUT 1 or OUTPUT 2, not OUTPUT 1-2. After
switching the output to mono, Logic will not give me the option to
send a mono signal to OUTPUT 1 or OUTPUT 2, it will only send it to
stereo OUTPUT 1-2, even though the stereo out has already been split
into two mono outs. In a nutshell, how can i send a mono signal into
just ONE output (1, 2, 3, 4, etc) and not two?
