Many years ago there was a fast food restaurant in St. Louis named Rax Roast Beef. They still seem to exist in other parts of the country ( http://www.rax-online.com/ ). There was an item on the menu called the BBC that had a tangy cheese sauce, bacon, and roast beef. I would like to know if there is a recipe or list of ingredients available to duplicate or simulate the same taste for the cheese sauce as close as possible. |

You might want to try a book like "Secret Fast Food Recipes" by Gloria Pitzer. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1886161380/qid=1080616440/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/104-2644162-2240702?v=glance&s=books There are several of her books on Ebay at http://search-desc.ebay.com/search/search.dll?query=Gloria+Pitzer&ht=1&sosortproperty=1&from=R10&sotextsearched=2&BasicSearch= |
