This is about PVC and a little technical. i am looking for a list of
15 companies in around the globe   who are involved in manufacturing
of off grade pvc resin  derived out of drying and homogenising and
sieving PVC sludges.
 
for your information every big producer of pvc resin,  produces
various qualities. when they change from one quality to other they
have to wash their machinery/plant. The material washed away is
collected a dn is called PVC Sludge or Wet PVC Resin.   This is then
dried, homogenised and seived. We are looking for those companies who
are doing this job and are selling the dried materials. the work on
the wet Resin is normally  done by a third company who then sells the
material.
