How can I find a list of people who have alergies or asthma in North Carolina?

Federal law ("HIPAA")prohibits dissemination of medical information
about patients without their express consent, so I doubt such a list
is available.

Confidentiality is essential in good medical practice, so i doubt you
will be able to get such a list. An alternative would be to contact
one of those companies who send surveys to people to fill in and they
might give you a list of the people who allowed thi sinformation to be
disclosed to a third party. Run a survey type yourself alternatively.
