Okay I'm lost... can you give the line number of the specific line
please? Also, can you say which book it's from, Either Oedipus Rex, or
Antigone? I just spent an hour going through the greek texts of both,
have found a side-by-side translation I can use but can't seem to find
this line anywhere. Thanks.

"Pepromenon fayenn adynaton" means "You can avoid your destiny" . 
"Pepromenon" means in greek destiny
"fayenn" means in greek avoid, go away
"adynaton" means impossible

a correction first: "Pepromenon fayenn adynaton" means "You CAN'T
avoid your destiny" . Ok
Now in greek: ?????????? ?????? ????????
