Which of the following top 25 doctoral graduate programs for Sociology offer full funding (i.e. tuition waiver + some form of stipend for living expenses) for the majority of its students? The funding should last for at least 4 or 5 years of the student's stay at the program. It's OK if the school provides this funding in return for a teaching or research assistantship(s) during part of the program, as long as these assistantship(s) are guaranteed as part of the funding package.
