Seeing that you are willing to pay $45.00 to someone to answer this
query of yours, I think you SHOULD NOT go in for one of those free
hosting services.

Why?

First of all, there is no true index of their reliability.
Any of them can fold there business and suddenly disappear without any
warning, leaving you in a lurch. And whether your site is for business
or pleasure :) you definitely do not want that. Right?

Second, what are you gonna do when they change their rules? What if
they suddenly decide to start adding advertisements to your site?? You
can't keep jumping around from free web hosts to free web hosts!

Third, many of these free web hosts do NOT give you the whole deal.
That is, they might claim they offer asp or php or perl scripts and
other what-nots, but if you read the fine prints you might find that
you can only run 'restricted' scripts or only those offered by them
and so on.

Fourth. Most of them serve pages slowly.
Fifth. There customer support leaves a lot to be desired. Afterall,
