What are the best books for learning about end-to-end enterprise based
rapid software application development methodologies.  The books
should cover requirements gathering, design, coding, unit testing, qa,
etc.  Ideally the books should compare various methodoligies, such as
"Extreme Programming" and "Waterfall"

I'm seeking the best books to educate myself on development
methodoligies for large enterprise applicaitons, they may not be
specifically "RAD" development books.
