I have a relative from Bulgaria. She has just finished high school and
wants to study bachelors in USA. She has alomst no finances. I can be
a garant for a loan in USA. She needs to apply the next available
semester. They will have to issue J1 visa as well.
Which universities are most likely to take her and provide her with
finances? What other alternatives do we have?
