I am looking for a service that can provide a turnkey internet
sweepstakes & viral email marketing service for a project I am working
on.  I dont want to custom build such a thing.  I assume there is a
service provider who can do this for me with an exsisting product set.

Specifically, I am going to generate web traffic that will come to a
sweepstakes site where they will complete a survey in exchange for a
chance in the sweepstakes drawing.  then I want them to be able to
send a tracked referal to their friends.  For each of their freinds
that completes the survey, they get an additional chance in the
sweepstakes.  I need a vendor who has a system for the whole
sweepstakes/viral marketing process.
