What is the per capita dollar amount in Canada spent by the Federal
government on Programs and services for Aboriginals. I would like to
know (On a per taxpayer basis) the amount of money spent, including
all Govt programs, initiatives, grants, bursaries, community
initiatives etc. This would also include monies spent by the crown on
Litigation of Land claims, contracted studies, and any other expense
related to settlment of Native issues. Also, special Schooling,
Housing, and Drug program funding. All of this rolled into one big
ball, and divided by the number of Taxpayers in Canada.
