Many counties in the US have their property records online nowadays.
You can visit the website for Broomfield County at
www.ci.broomfield.co.us, look in the QUICK LINKS box, click on the
ASSESSOR choice, find PARCEL SEARCH, and then do the CITY/COUNTY TAX
ASSESSMENT SEARCH by address.

The actual address you would need to enter would be 3143 W 9th Ave Pl,
and you will see the name of the resident listed there, and their
phone number is unlisted, and the property taxes are currently paid.
To get more information about the sale history, you would need to
visit the Broomfield County Courthouse or call the Assessor's Office
for more information.

Are you interested in making an offer for this particular property?

SINCERELY,
