I have found a five-year chart for Simplayer stock prices, showing the
stock prices back to March 1999. As best I can read/interpolate the
graph values, Simplayer share prices peaked at around $12.55 in March
2000, then fell rapidly, reaching a value of essentially zero in July
2001.

Nasdaq halted trading in Simplayer on April 3, 2001.

Would the five year chart meet your needs, or do you need to have
actual values in a table or datafile?

The most important time I need data for is 1/10/1999 throg 6/30/2000
The rest i can deal with from the graph.

thanks

I'm afraid that what I've found thus far most likely won't meet your needs.

I can only find the five-year graph I mentioned, along with a series
of quarterly High/Low price figures for each quarter for 1998 and
1999, along with the High/Low for the beginning of 2000 (through
February 29, 2000).

In other words, the data look like:

1st Quarter, 1999: High -- $1.00 Low -- $0.375

I will keep looking for additional information, but thus far, this is
all I could uncover.

Well..D'uh! It took me a while to figure this out, but finally I
thought to myself, "Hey...why not ask my broker...?"

The man is a whiz (thanks, Stoney!). Lo and behold...here's the price
data you were seeking:

http://68.15.21.151/uploads/researchers/SIMPLAYER.csv

Note that Simplayer was listed under a different ticker symbol, LOGLF,
until October 28, 1999, when the company changed it's name to
Simplayer, and its symbol to SMPL.

This should be everything you need, but if there is any problem with
the link --or if you need any additional information -- please let me
know BEFORE rating this question. Just post a Request for
Clarification, and let me know how I can be of further assistance.

All the best,

Please note that the link to the data file is temporary, and will
disappear after a few days, so please download the data to a permanent
file for your own records.
