Cheung Fong Ming, aged 72, has been an Executive Director of the Company
since 1993. He holds a degree in Economics from Peking Qinghua University
and has completed post-graduate studies in Business Management at the Foreign
Economics Department of Peking University. He has over 30 years' working and
teaching experience in the Ministry of Foreign Trade, PRC [People's Republic
of China] and the University of Beijing Foreign Economic and Trade since late
1950's up to early 1980's. Mr. Cheung joined Henderson Land Group in 1991
having previously been a director and deputy general manager of CITIC (HK)
Ltd. and vice president of CITIC Development Corporation, Beijing."
