I need to compile a list of all (or as many as possible) Nissan
dealers in the continental US.  Specifically, I am looking for a list
of email addresses for the sales department at each dealer.

I know there are approximately 1100 dealers in the US and would like
to get a list of as many of their emails as possible.  Understandably,
some of them may not do internet sales.

Please prepare the file in a comma seperated format.  See below for example:

sales@nissanofil.com,internetsales@starnissan.com,sales@evanstonissan.net,etc

In a seperate file please provide some information to identify the
dealer by their email.  I need just enough info to be able to manually
located the dealer's contact information based on the email address
provided.  For instance, if you provide sales@dealer1.com, please
provide the full name of the dealer and at least the state they are
located in.

Um.. $40 for a list of 1,131 Nissan Dealers in the United States.  I
