Depending on how old the pocket pc's are, you can use bluetooth or Wi-Fi (802.11b) via the Compact Flash or Secure Digital expansion slots. SanDisk makes both CF and SD Wi-Fi cards, and Toshiba makes an SD bluetooth card. These don't run cheap (around $100) depending on which way you go. If you don't want to buy software checkout http://www.freewareppc.com/ If all else fails (including the cash flow), there has to be chat programs that work with the built-in infrared. LOL. Just imagine 20 people trying to chat with infrared... 3 words... America's Funniest Videos. Who knows? You might win the $10,000 prize. ;) |

Continuing on the PPC with a WIFI network, I think you can find the right application you need at: http://www.skype.com which is now available for PPC. With this you can chat/talk and it's free !!! Have a great time ! |
