This website (http://www.floridajewish.com/communities.asp) has a
comprehisive listing of Jewish Community Centers, Kosher Food
Establishments, Organizations, Social Services Organizations, and
Synagogues listed by county.

In looks to me like the concentration of Jewish population is
Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties.
